LG UltraGear ties up with Skyesports as Title Partners for Major Esports Tournaments


Skyesports, a prominent esports tournament organizer in India, has forged a partnership with LG UltraGear, a leading brand in gaming monitors, marking a significant development in the Indian esports scene. This collaboration underscores LG Electronics’ long-term commitment to enhancing gaming experiences and supporting the esports community.

Under this partnership, LG UltraGear™ will serve as the Title Sponsor for two esteemed tournaments: the Skyesports Champions Series (SCS), featuring Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), and the highly anticipated Skyesports Grand Slam in Pune, which will showcase international esports action in Counter-Strike 2.

Ltd., expressed excitement about the collaboration, emphasizing LG’s dedication to leveraging cutting-edge technology to empower gamers. The Skyesports Grand Slam, scheduled to take place in Pune from March 14 to 16 during the 6th India Gaming Show 2024, will feature teams from India, Australia, and Europe competing for the championship title and a share of the impressive $50,000 prize pool. Additionally, LG UltraGear™ will showcase its monitors through an interactive booth at the India Gaming Show 2024, offering attendees an immersive gaming experience.

Furthermore, LG UltraGear™ will be the Title Partner for the Skyesports Champions Series (SCS) 2024, which boasts a substantial INR 10,00,000 prize pool. With LG’s support, the SCS aims to surpass last year’s success, attracting a large audience and providing a platform for gamers to demonstrate their skills.

The SCS 2024 will feature intense competition, with the semifinals taking place from Feb. 27 to March 3, followed by the Grand Finals from March 5 to 10. As Battlegrounds Mobile India continues to captivate audiences nationwide, the SCS offers an unmatched opportunity for gamers to compete at the highest level and showcase their talent.
